Tuition does not include the cost of uniforms, school supplies, miscellaneous expenses and other potential fees such as technology and “Take Flight”.


Tuition Payment Options (Preschool)
Option 1*: Payment of full tuition (7.5% discount). Tuition due by August 1, 2017.
Option 2**: Biannual tuition payments (3.5% discount). Two Equal payments due August 1, 2017 and January 1, 2018.
Option 3***: Nine payments of $225.00 (2-day); or $340.00 (3-day) are due the first school day of each month (Sept-May).

Tuition Payment Options (Kindergarten Readiness - 12th Grade)
Option 1*: Payment of full tuition (7.5% discount). Tuition due by August 1, 2017.
Option 2**: Biannual tuition payments (3.5% discount). Two equal payments through FACTS 8/5/17 & 1/5/18.
Option 3***: Monthly FACTS bank drafts (automatic payment plan). Completed contracts due by May 1, 2017.

Acceptance
The admissions committee meets monthly to review and select applicants for admission. Parents are notified of acceptance by email. Enrollment decisions are based on entrance testing, previous school records, transcripts, references, speech/language screening, and observed performance. The enrollment fee is due upon acceptance, along with the tuition agreement.

Multiple Child Discount
First child (oldest) pays 100% tuition. Second, third receive a 10% discount & fourth receives a 15% discount. Discount will apply to tuition only.

Need Based Scholarship
Financial aid applications can be submitted for students entering Kindergarten and above. Financial aid is awarded annually according to financial need and the availability of funds. To apply for financial aid, please complete the online application at online application. Deadline for financial aid submission is March 31, 2017. After this date, assistance determination will be on a student-by-student basis as funds are available.

Refund Policy
North Texas Christian Academy has financial and contractual agreements with faculty, staff, vendors, etc., which are made before the beginning of each school year. These obligations and commitments require NTCA to MANDATE that all elementary/middle/high school (KR & up) families commit financially for the entire school year. Therefore, we do not offer a refund on any tuition and/or fees for any reason including but not limited to: job relocation, change in parents’ decision for student to attend, etc. If for any reason an enrolled student fails to attend or to continue in attendance at NTCA for the contracted school year, 100% of the tuition is still due and will be paid in full.
